The Pardon Mayfly (rhithrogena haaruppi) is also known as the March Brown, and hatches from March to late May. Depending on the area, the Pardon Mayfly varies in size and colour, ranging from greenish brown to greyish brown.

This Golden Oliva mayfly is tied with CDC which allows the fly to be more stable, sail better and increase its buoyancy, something I like for my dry flies.

Mayfly Tobacco is found near lakes, ponds and slow-flowing streams.

Mayfly in Hare and CDC imitates the stage when they have already taken their wings out of their shells and start to fly to reproduce.

This  Light Brown May Fly is one of the most effective flies we can have in our fly box, it fishes very well throughout the season and is tremendously effective.

Although black mayflies are effective at any time, the Black Mayfly works particularly well in the late afternoon when the light is less intense.

The Pardon Mayfly is the first to make its appearance in the Leonese rivers, being very abundant in all our rivers, both high and medium.

This is really a very effective little fly. It can imitate an infinite number of insects such as small ants, diptera, trichoptera... This fly of its small size that stands out for its great visibility thanks to its white CDC wings.
