About Laxa Complete Fly Fishing kit Guideline

Taking advantage of new material technology with reduced resin content in the graphite cloth, these rods are a little lighter and crisper than our previous kit rods that have been with us for years. There are also some new, very interesting lighter and shorter double hand rods that will suit younger newcomers to the sport as well as female anglers perfectly.

Our brand new, high performance and cool looking FAVO fly reels are fitted to the rods and are spooled with custom designed GUIDELINE WF and Multi Tip Shooting Heads depending on rod length and model.

These kits are assembled and ready to be used straight out of the rod case. Just add a fly of your choice and attach it to the leader and start fishing.

The 11' Switch Kit rod has a WF Multi Tip line with a floating tip included. The double hand models have Multi Tip Shooting Heads based on our Compact and 4D system and have an interchangeable Tip in sink rate S3 mounted on them.

For the Laxá Switch kit it’s a 15’ 7gr Floating Tip included. If you want to add tips in other densities, you should go for the Compact/Exchange 15’ 8gr tips.

For the Laxá double hand kits there is a 15’ 8gr S3/Fast Sink tip included. If you want to add tips in other densities, you should go for the 4D 15´ 9 gram tips.

For the Laxá Seatrout Kit 9'6 #7 there is a Guideline WF floating line, Head Weight 17-19g.

Behind the Shooting Head, we have fitted a flat Compline II Shooting Line that is easy to manage and which makes you cast good distance right from the start.
