  • Vision Fly Lines

Lines, lines and Fly Fishing Lines by Vision.

There always seems to be quite a disagreement over opinions of fly lines and their suitability for various rods, casts, weather, fish and, last but not least, fishermen.

Today many fly lines have nothing in common with their marked AFTM rating. There fore it can be difficult to compare them, but comparison is really necessary in order to understand why some fly lines feel so different.

That is why we follow the AFTM rating as much as possible.

In the event that the fly fishing line is designed differently and differs from the AFTM rating, we have also marked the actual gram weight on the line sticker.
